What this app records, and who sees it

Recorded: lesson completions, quiz answers (including your sure/unsure marker), incident-sim paths, teach-back write-ups, and which pages you visit here.
Who can see it: the named leaders on this app's admin allowlist. The admin view starts with cohort trends; looking at an individual is a separate, deliberate step.
How it's used: to tailor your review queue, and to spot where a concept needs better teaching or a 1:1 would help.
Retention: for the life of the pilot/program; deletable on request.
Framing: wrong answers are coaching signals, not performance ratings. Confidently-wrong is the most useful signal you can give us.
